Objectives
- Creation of a mountain bike route, “From the Peaks to the Ocean”, linking the Sobrarbe region, the Hautes-Pyrénées and the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, with the strategic objective of positioning the Pyrenees as a leading international destination for mountain biking.

Project actions
- Creation of the route.
- Implementation of a signposting plan.
- Preparation of a description and photos of the route.
Results
- Development of the theoretical route for the Great Mountain Bike Crossing of the Pyrenees, taking into account the natural environment and existing trails.
- Production of content for the future topographical guide and communication tools (photos and descriptions).
- Definition of the signposting.
- Workshops on the international marketing positioning of the GT BTT.

This call for microprojects has been funded with the surplus of the Spain–France–Andorra Territorial Cooperation Operational Programme (POCTEFA) 2007–2013, which was transferred to the Member States (Spain and France) as national contributions, thus losing its status as ERDF funds.
This call was managed jointly by all the institutional partners listed below.
With a budget of €575,000, it financed 100% of the eligible expenses of the territorial cooperation micro-projects presented on this website.
