Dates : 01/06/2022 – 30/11/2023
Budget : 24 988 €

Project actions

  • TRAINING
    Carbon and biodiversity farming focuses
primarily on enriching the soil to nourish crops through techniques such as direct seeding under cover, no-till farming, the regeneration of hedgerow networks and agroforestry. Training courses have been delivered on-site in Catalonia (north and south), and have also been translated and made available online.
  • MEETINGS
Exchanges, debates and experiences shared by experts and farmers. Extensive farming, arboriculture, amateur gardening, horticulture, livestock farming… All aimed at sustaining economic activity through the practice of living agriculture. The key to this approach is soil regeneration, restoring fertility through carbon.
  • NETWORK CREATION
Establishment of a network of pilot farms within their respective specialities. Exchanges on challenges, uncertainties and successes to jointly develop solutions for soil-regenerative agriculture.
