Objectives

Explore local Pyrenean apple varieties on both sides of the Pyrenees.

Project actions

The following actions have been carried out:

  • Trans-Pyrenean meetings of associations and organisations involved in apple varieties: Ariège, Pallars and Ribagorça.
  • Genetic analysis of the apple varieties surveyed by the three participating organisations.
  • Publication of a book presenting the results of the trans-Pyrenean meetings and the analysed samples.
